Account and Budget Control System

The proposed Account and Budget Control System is to computerize the financial activities, relating to the expense made by the Company, which not only ease the current working methodology but also provide precise information on various activities for decision making and maximizing the potential of the company through better control of the budget.

Account and Budget Control System will maintain the database of companies Account, Budget Structure and Financial transaction.

Overview of the System

Companies currently maintain all Account Transaction and Budget Information manually. To overcome the limitations of manual system, computerized Account and Budget Control System is introduced, which will solve the problems of the existing system.

Maintains the Chart-of-Account in hierarchical structure

All the budget/account heads of the project are maintained in hierarchical structure so that the reports can be generated in different groups and levels as required.

Records Daily Transaction

Each and every day-to-day transactions made by company through Journal Voucher are recorded in the database. At anytime any reports can be generated for the recorded transactions as well as monitoring the performance of company is facilitated.

Ledger Maintenance:

The financial status/position of the company can be monitored through the ledger maintained by the system of that company. The maintained ledger will give the up-to-date information on each budget/account head of the company. 

Information on Budget Expenses:

The information on the allocated budget amount and the expenses made by the company on budgeted account will be readily available. This feature will allow Company to monitor the expenses of its branches under different budget/account head.

Generation of up-to-date Trail Balance:

One of the strongest benefits of this Account and Budget Control System over current manual system is the generation of most up-to-date trial balance at any time. The generation of trial balance in current system takes considerable time and effort.

Generation of Customized Reports:

Customized reports will be generated in the prescribed format as and when required.
